Ayurveda
धर्मार्थकाममोक्षाणाम् आरोग्यं मूलम् उत्तमम्
Dharmārtha-kāma-mokṣāṇām ārogyaṁ mūlam uttamam
Health is the supreme foundation of the four pursuits of human life: dharma (purpose), artha (prosperity), kama (fulfillment), moksha (liberation).
Ayurveda is a remarkably effective holistic lifestyle science based on the principles of nature. Often referred to as the “common-sense science,” it is both logical and intuitive, reflecting the intelligence and interconnectedness of the natural world.
Rooted in the five elements, Ayurveda offers a timeless understanding of wellbeing that remains adaptable and relevant for all people, in every environment. The purpose of Ayurveda is to preserve health, our natural state of balance and bliss, and to provide healing for illness, understood as any form of suffering.
Through a personalized, whole-person approach, Ayurveda honors each individual’s unique constitution, experiences, and connection to the world around them. Rather than a rigid or dogmatic system, Ayurveda is a living tradition of wisdom, balance, and self-understanding.
Offerings include personalized health consultations, therapeutic treatments, and panchakarma detox therapy.

Personalized Health Consultations
Consultations begin with a thorough understanding of your unique body constitution, health history, and current state of health using a range of diagnostic tools. We also explore your mental and emotional landscape, stress levels, and overall sense of balance and well-being.
From this foundation, individualized guidance is provided through lifestyle, nutrition, herbal remedies, therapeutic treatments, and self-care practices that are sustainable and suited to your life.
This approach helps identify root causes of imbalance and translates insights into clear, actionable steps, while also offering education and ongoing support for a deeper understanding of the body-mind and greater self-awareness.
These consultations are ideal for anyone dealing with conditions such as stress, anxiety, poor sleep, digestive disorders, autoimmune disease, skin issues, hormonal imbalances, injury, and pain, as well as for those seeking longevity, balance and well-being.

Panchakarma
Panchakarma is a profoundly healing method of detoxification and purification. Panchakarma improves digestion and metabolism, balances the elements and tissues, removes toxic accumulation, opens blocked channels, relaxes body and mind, balances emotions, and relieves stress. Tested by time, Panchakarma is well known for resolving numerous acute and chronic ailments.
Daily massage and therapeutic treatments are offered in a personalized, retreat-style setting, allowing you to step away from daily demands and focus on healing. Alongside treatments, there is space to rest, soak, enjoy nature, journal, and practice gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation, independently or with guidance. Clean, nourishing, balanced meals are prepared for you to support your healing process. Panchakarma unfolds in three phases:
Purvakarma (Preparation)
The body is gently prepared through oiling and sweating therapies that help loosen and mobilize toxins from deeper tissues. This phase includes nourishing treatments, along with personalized nutrition and herbal protocol to support digestion and begin clearing internal buildup. This phase lays the foundation for a safe and effective Panchakarma.
Panchakarma (Cleansing Phase)
The main cleansing phase uses targeted therapies to remove the toxins based on your individual constitution and needs. Traditionally, Panchakarma includes five (pancha) actions (karma). In this practice, we focus on safe and appropriate methods including digestive cleansing, herbal oil therapies for the head and sinuses, and guided support for herbal oil enemas when suitable.
Rasayana (Integration & Rejuvenation)
The final phase focuses on rebuilding and strengthening the system. Through supportive lifestyle guidance, proper nutrition, and nourishing herbs, this phase helps restore vitality and ensures lasting results.
* For safety and efficacy, a full traditional panchakarma requires a minimum of 14 days, while a modified mini-panchakarma requires a minimum of 5 days.
* Panchakarma therapy is carried out in person and is carefully monitored by an expert Ayurvedic Physician.
